Another great day at the 2019 WARL Past Players and Supporters Re-union

Thank you to everyone who came down to Swan Yacht on Saturday. What a fantastic day it was!

Congratulations to Laurie Ord from North beach who was inducted into the NRL WA Hall of Fame in recognition of the enormous amounts of hours and work that he has provided the North beach club and the WA State teams over 30+ years. Well done Laurie!!

Thank you also to the Allen family from the Fremantle rugby league club and in particular Tanaya, who joined us to accept the induction of her grandfather, Ken Allen into the NRL WA Hall of Fame.

Ken’s induction was in recognition for his contributions in making WA Rugby League what it is today over a lifetime of involvement. Although Ken has been gone for sometime now, he remains a true Pioneer of our game and his legacy remains strong within our community still.

Well done to all of the volunteers on the day… great job guys.
